Darrell Hammond is a business professional with over 25 years experience in building teams, leading companies, and motivating workers. He has over 25 years of senior human resources development experience in organizations of all types and sizes. Darrell has worked in Fortune 500 companies that possess significant national footprints within oil and gas, high tech, filtration and healthcare, as well as non-profit and corrections organizations. He has provided counsel to CEOs, executive management teams and employees relative to performance/change management and organizational effectiveness strategies.
Darrell earned a B.A. in Business Management and is certified as a master trainer. His participation on several high-performing sports/business teams gives him firsthand experience with successful team environments. Darrell played basketball on Team USA at the Australia Games and helped bring home a silver medal to the U.S. He is married with five children and enjoys coaching, fishing, exercising and spending time with his family.
