Surveys and Assessments
ProScan is an easy-to-take web-based survey that measures the intensity of an individual’s four basic personality traits. It reveals the strongest trait, responsible for 50 percent or more of an individual’s behavior, and measures how this trait relates to others to uncover a personality profile.
A ProScan profile provides a wealth of information about an individual, including:

- Current Satisfaction Level

- Type of Job You Most Naturally Fit Into

Based on the work of Patrick Lencioni’s international best-seller The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team® Powered by Everything DiSC® helps teams apply The Five Behaviors™ model of Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results to drive team effectiveness and productivity. The program uses Everything DiSC, a tool that helps build effective team communication and relationships, to help participants understand their individual DiSC® style and discover how each style brings value to the team.
The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ Progress Report highlights areas of greatest improvement and decline, offers productive points of discussion, and provides an action plan to help teams prioritize and set specific goals. You’ll be able to compare how a team’s performance has changed over time and highlights areas of greatest improvement and of greatest decline.
The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Comparison Reports are follow-up reports that can be created for any two participants to illustrate their similarities and differences. Based on data from the personality items in The Five Behaviors assessment, the reports are organized around The Five Behaviors model and illustrate two continua per behavior. The research-validated comparison reports can be used to continue to instill The Five Behaviors model and language and to emphasize the importance of the behaviors for both individual relationships and team functioning.
Of course, statistically validated surveys are the backbone of our tools. Comparing results over time is only effective if the instrumentation is psychometrically sound and accurate. The 360 surveys we use have the following attributes:

Once is not enough… 720 Feedback provides a comparison of a participant’s results over a period of time, often 12-18 months. This comparison informs participants of their developmental progress and gives them an opportunity to update and change their individual development plan(s). Continuous improvement requires constant measurement.
