With more than 30 years’ experience building teams, leading companies through change of all kinds and developing and coaching people, Darrell possesses a unique depth and breadth of knowledge and successes. He holds a degree in business management and has almost three decades in the human resources development arena within organizations of all types and sizes.
He is also a certified Development Dimensions International (DDI) trainer and PDP Administrator. His experience with numerous high-performance business teams and his world tour with a high-performing basketball team gave him firsthand experience with successful team environments.
Awarded a silver medal playing basketball on Team U.S.A. at the Australia Games and earning an NBA Legends M.V.P. award, Darrell’s work ethic has been demonstrated and rewarded in various ways. Mentoring and coaching are a large part of his personal life. He is a student of leadership and has a passion for encouraging and motivating individuals and teams. Married for 30 years, he and his wife raised five successful adult children.

Yuna is an experienced facilitator, consultant and program manager. Her experience in low-resource settings forged a motivating and innovative consulting style. As a certified PDP Administrator, herultimate goal is to leverage this tool to help clients i) better manage their weaknesses and understand the origin of their strengths, ii) improve their decision making and goal-setting processes and iii) be more intentional and influential in interactions with those around them.
As a natural and seasoned public speaker, facilitator and trainer of trainers, Yuna has a remarkable ability to connect with her audience, command their focus and make complex (or sometimes uninteresting) topics digestible and stimulating.
Yuna is a Bill and Melinda Gates Millennium Scholar. Her Bachelor of Science from Emory University is in Neuroscience and Jewish Studies. She also earned a Master of Public Health from Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health. She became fluent in Spanish during her service in Peace Corps Guatemala from 2010-2012. Yuna enjoys public speaking, teaching /dancing salsa, and promoting healthy eating with baked delicacies like double ginger sour cream pound cake.
